United States federal agency, under the Department of Homeland Security. The main objectives of the United States Secret Service are preventing counterfeiting of American money, debt, other valuable documents, as well as protecting the president, vice-president, their immediate family members, other high-ranking officials, former presidents and their spouses, the candidates for president and vice-presidents, representatives foreign during their visits. Also secret service is investigating various types of financial fraud, identity theft and assist in the investigation of some domestic crime.
